Founded in 1969, SRH University Heidelberg began with a focus on rehabilitation in employment, starting with 130 students across engineering, business administration, and architecture. 

Today, it hosts over 3,400 students from 65 countries, benefiting from an innovative study model that earned the Genius Loci Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2018.

As one of Germany’s oldest and largest private universities, we are part of a network of eight institutions, including six SRH universities in Germany and one in Haarlem, Netherlands.
